Legu Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in Qingdao, initially focusing on amusement equipment. Its accumulated expertise in metal processing, structural design, along with certification systems such as ISO9001 and Germany’s TUV, later became the hidden technical reserve for kiln development.

With the establishment of the Leyao team, the strategic shift from amusement equipment to professional kiln development was realized. The team transferred temperature control technologies and lightweight structural experience from amusement facilities, successfully developing the first-generation mobile kiln prototype, achieving a technological leap from 0 to 1.

Building on the Legu production base, Leyao established a professional kiln production line, rolling out its first commercially mass-produced mobile kiln. Leveraging modular design experience accumulated in the amusement equipment sector, it addressed the challenges of transporting traditional kilns, and the products began entering baking studios and cultural tourism settings.

The second-generation product featuring five-layer insulation technology was launched. By optimizing the design of the insulation layers, the kiln’s continuous heat retention was extended to over 8 hours, reducing fuel consumption by 40% compared to traditional equipment, with technical specifications reaching an industry-leading level.

By introducing nano-insulation materials, consistent temperature control from daytime to evening was achieved. Simultaneously, a simplified control panel was developed to lower the operational threshold, completing the shift from “experience-dependent” to “technology-guaranteed” operation.

Leyao’s kiln mechanical manufacturing system underwent a comprehensive upgrade, achieving localized production of core components and increasing capacity to 500 units per year. The products now serve baking workshops and rural cultural tourism projects in over 200 cities nationwide.

A modular, combinable kiln system was launched, allowing flexible configuration of baking area capacity according to demand. In the same year, a “Kiln + Baking” ecological alliance was established, integrating the food supply chain with scene design services.

The intelligent temperature control system underwent iterative upgrades, optimizing thermal efficiency management through IoT technology. After sixteen years of development, Leyao completed an industrial upgrade from mechanical manufacturing to process innovation, becoming a benchmark enterprise in the field of mobile kilns.
